There was a lot of beauty to this plant and knew that I had to have it part of my nature series. I didn't do much to edit it. It already had the most perfect pattern to it. With all the leaves sticking out and overall just having such a beautiful pattern and structure to it. I love that the plant is green, but shows the brown on the edges. I didn't do much to edit this picture only because I didn't want to do too much with the color that would take away from the true focus of the picture, which is the pattern and structure of it. I simply changed the saturation along with the contrast. I believe I succeeded in my goals of keeping the colors from being too vibrant, but also making sure that they weren't too bland. Ultimately, I wanted to focus solely on the plant and I did just that with how I edited the picture.
